Team
- Our team consists of 50 employees, 15% of which belong to the technical team and 15% to the team of engineering and industrial improvements.
- Much of our team is young and motivated and actively participates in internal projects.
- The training is transversal, continuous, and multidisciplinary and represents a fundamental axis in the continuous improvement.
- We promote team dynamics, participation in different departments and solving problems jointly in what we call Operations Team, which is formed by product development, Quality Assurance, Purchase, Production and Planning.
- The team works the commitment with the company, the customer and the consumers.
