CERTIFIED METHODOLOGY FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Instant Procés custom-made all the manufacture and packaging, so that we adapt our lines and formats to the needs of the customer. Our plant and all our procedures are certified by accredited bodies at European and American level:

• We are authorized for the development, manufacture and packaging of organic products. Also recognized by the FDA as manufacturers and packers.
• We manage our company under the ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
• Our manufacturing and packaging processes comply with GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• We are certified for the manufacture and packaging of sanitary products (ISO 13485).
• We meet the most demanding standards of Food Safety and Inoculation, and we are in the process of obtaining the ISO 22,000: 2005 and the FSSC 22,000 Manufacturing v4, recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

• We work on the development of the product based on the Innovation Master Plan, so we follow an innovation embodiment that allows us to go from the idea to the manufacture and standardization of the final product.
• We use our own project tracking system based on MsProject and Redbooth.
• The improvement processes are based on Lean techniques combined with Kanban Agile, so that we improve efficiency and optimization of production sequencing.
• We work to achieve High Performance Teams thanks to the DISC study of each one of our collaborators.
• At the General Organization level, all our processes are controlled in the SQCDP Board, they are measurable and they promote preventative decision making at the strategic level in all areas.
• We are implementing the Membrana System, a custom-developed system to measure that allows usto capture all this methodology, at the structural level, in electronic devices.
• We work with our own ERP adapted to our needs and that facilitates the flexibility required by contract manufacturing.
